About Us

M&B Enterprises was formed in 1995 and has been serving clients with highly experienced staff for over 10 years. Our clients and our employees are our heroes. We have much to overcome in the commercial cleaning environment, including tough competition, decreasing property management budgets, and a disinterested labor market.
Here’s how we excel:

CARE AND CONCERN OF A LOCAL OWNER:

M&B Enterprises, Commercial Cleaning Systems is a locally owned and operated
company. We do not subcontract any work and we are not affiliated with any franchise
operation. We recognize that all of our clients have “specific needs” and that no two
facilities are the same; therefore, we understand the need to match our employees with
the right kind of environment and to conduct our Quality management accordingly.

SELECT EMPLOYEES:

Our objective is to recruit, hire and train only the best individuals. We hire primarily
upon referral and do little recruiting in the mass media environment. Our employee
compensation starts at $9.00 per hour and most of our staff members enjoy between
$10.00/hr. and $15.00 per hour, with paid vacations for full time staff working at least 35
hours per week, and for Supervisors/Managers. Low employee turnover is the greatest
asset to our company.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND SUPERVISION:

Our training program involves three steps. Initially, each new staff member is introduced to our company Policies and Procedures. Next, we perform on-site training, introducing each employee to the facility they will be cleaning. This involves the introduction to our Service Information and Description Sheets, which are an overview of the specific “personality” of the building and what the client’s specific needs are for that facility. Then, we train each employee for a minimum of one week on-site with Supervisor assistance. Lastly, training is ongoing and each employee must receive safety training and knowledge of the Hazard Communication Standard, Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control, and Spartan Chemical’s “Clean Check” training.

CONSISTENT QUALITY CONTROL:

Our Quality Assurance Program is specific to each client facility. Since communication
in the crux, it involves forming a detailed checklist to be completed by each staff member
or their Supervisor on a regular basis, then communicating the information to the client
per request. We often use a communication notebook, as well. We perform monthly
walk-throughs with our staff members and visually inspect each area of performance
(Monthly Review of Performance.) Each employee will receive an Annual Revue to
determine pay increase and employment status. Further, we will perform periodic visits
with the client to discuss and evaluate our services so as to improve any specific areas of
concern.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

Our Client General Cleaning Agreement is for the client, not for us. We will not hold our
clients to any length of contract that they are not comfortable with. We will not charge
any initial clean-up fees, nor do we have any automatic increases in compensation each
year of service. Our only request to our clients is a “mutual” respect. With that, you will
see that we may not be perfect, but we are among the very best cleaning services in town!
